AM Design

You probably can't hire Allie. But if you can, here's what to know…

Allie doesn't have a fancy design degree hanging on her wall.

She doesn't sip oat milk lattes in overpriced co-working spaces while fiddling with color palettes "just for fun."

She doesn't beg for gigs, schmooze in Slack groups, or build her portfolio with pretend projects like a bored intern with a Canva account.

Nope.

Allie's the real deal.

She's a mother of two and lives most days chasing her kids (and the tide) along the beaches of Hawaii. That's when she's not reining in her husband—a man who treats Craigslist like a vintage car dealership and drives like he's qualifying for Le Mans in a school zone.

She's been obsessed with design since she could first hold a crayon. No formal education, just raw instinct, unteachable taste, and a few high-profile, hush-hush projects that made everyone on the team look like a genius.

People talk about Allie like she's a myth. Hard to find. Harder to hire.

And that's because she is.

She doesn't advertise. She doesn't do sales calls. She doesn't reply to 99% of the messages that flood her inbox.

But… every once in a while, if the stars align, the kids are occupied, and the project actually has some meat on the bone—she says yes.

If you've got the war chest—and the sense—to bring her in, email her here.
